Checkout Procedures

1. Please strip all linens from the beds, sleeper couches (except mattress pads and blankets…unless they are soiled).

2. Remove all personal possessions from dresser drawers, cupboards and closets. Including food from the refrigerator and freezer.

3. Please wash all dishes, pots and pans, silverware and leave in the dish dryer (or on sink on a paper towel or kitchen towel). And/or run the dishwasher.

4. Make sure windows are tightly closed and locked.

5. Check your inventory list and make sure all is in order. If anything is missing or broken, please tell the office staff. Missing or broken items will be taken out of the security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.

6. Make sure the stove and/or oven is turned off.

7. Take out all trash and recycling.

8. Please turn up the air conditioner to 78 degrees (or turn off if the weather is not too hot).

9. Please turn off the lights (paddle fans can be left on low).

**If it is determined you have smoked in your unit, you will be charged a fee of $300.
